It seems like the global recession has taken a toll on the capacitor industry. That led to some deep thought on our part. How about a programmable winding machine, for example? One that remembers all of your capacitor setups. We haven't found any other manufacturer that really offers that. We do mean avery aspect of the winding. It's here and affordable. The newer controls are not pictured yet on the site, however they are installed in the field. Absolutely no complaints coming in. Not 50 setups, not 500 setups, how about a half million setups? Does it cost extra? NO! It's standard from here on. Bet it's not standard on yours.
Capacitor machines and Foil Winders are usually more sound mechanically than their old controllers. As long as it is sound mechanically (or we can make it that way) it can have the controls replaced and be mechanically upgraded. We focus on digital controls technology that turns your winding machine into a success story you may not thought affordable. Many a metallized winding machine suffers from not having burnoff capability. They are not able to produce a higher voltage metallized product. We can turn Foil Winders into a Metallized Burnoff Winding Machine and are presently developing a retrofit for existing metallized winders. We use both sides of a single foil to deposit on to. That doesn't mean that we skipped over the foil winding machine, either.
